The Miraculous Draught of Fishes

Jesus used Simon Peter's boat to preach from,
and then led the fishermen to a miraculous catch of fish (Luke 5: 1-10).
After this he called for them to be fishers of men.

The central part of the design derives from the central panel
of a triptych in Notre Dame au delà de la Dyle, Malines,
painted by Rubens in 1617-19.
